i. All bookings will be regarded as provisional until a deposit of £350.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) is received with a written request for services from the client within 14 days of booking and reconfirmed by The Kenmore Hotel.

ii. Full payment (less deposit paid) must be received by The Kenmore Hotel 28 days prior to the event.

iii. If payment is not received, The Kenmore Hotel has the right to cancel the event and withhold any monies paid.

iv. Written notification will be given of any increase/decrease to prices reflecting changes imposed by suppliers or other outside agencies.

v. Cancellations:

In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply and extend to any room hire, equipment, food and accommodation, based on the per person rate.

Cancellation within 4- 8 weeks notice 25% (less deposit paid)

Cancellation received with less than 28 days notice 100%

vi. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

vii. Alteration to numbers attending:

Final numbers for any event involving the preparation of food and required accommodation must be confirmed within 28 days of the actual event and will be charged as a minimum.

viii. The Kenmore Hotel reserves the right to allocate an alternative function suite to that which was booked if the number of delegates is reduced by 25% or more from the original booking and numbers present must be within the minimum and maximum required for that suite. i.e

- Breadalbane 8-50 (depending on layout)
- River View 25-120 (depending on layout)

ix. The client will be liable for the cost of repairs necessitated as a result of damage caused to any part of The Kenmore Hotel premises or equipment thereon, by negligence or willful act or default by any persons invited by or on behalf of the client.

x. If the Kenmore Hotel is requested to contract a third party supplier to provide for any part of your booking, you will be responsible for all costs associated.
