12.1 Guests must report and loss or damage to their property immediately on discovery to the Hotel's Reception and shall make themselves available to assist with any reports made by the Hotel to the Police. 12.2 Guests must not enter areas of the Hotel marked "Staff Only" or closed to the public. The Kenmore Hotel shall not be responsible for death, personal
injury, loss or damage suffered by a Guest in such areas. 12.3 The Kenmore Hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage to Guest's
property caused by the misconduct or negligence of a Guest, an Act of God or
where the Guest remains in sole charge of the property concerned. 12.4 The Kenmore Hotel's liability for any other loss or damage to Guests'
property is limited to £50.00 in respect of any 1 article or £100.00 in
aggregate. This excludes items held in the Hotel safe or where stolen, lost or
damaged through the omissions, neglect or wilful act of The Kenmore Hotel. 12.5 The Kenmore Hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in
performing any of its obligations under the Agreement if that failure or delay
is due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
war or threat of war, civil or political action or unrest, riot, natural
disaster, fire, epidemic, weather, threatened or actual terrorist activity,
military activity, governmental or regulatory action, industrial dispute, Act of
God, failure of power or machinery, failure or interruption of externally
provided services or utilities and all similar events.
