Whilst all reasonable efforts have been taken by the Hotel to ensure that
bookings made under this agreement are able to proceed the Hotel reserves the
right to relocate any booking to another Hotel of similar standard in the nearby
locality. The Client acknowledges that the Hotel accepts no liability for any
loss or damage suffered by or caused to the Client in consequence of the
relocation of the Client. 12.7 For the avoidance of any doubt, the Hotel does not exclude its liability
for Death or Personal Injury caused as a direct result of the Hotel's
negligence. 12.8 Guests should refer to the notice pertaining to Loss and Damage displayed
at the Hotel Reception. 12.8.1 The Hotel is not liable for damage to a Guest's vehicle, unless this damage is due to the wilful misconduct of the Hotel's management or staff. 12.9 Guests will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may
cause at the Hotel. 12.10 These conditions shall be governed in accordance with Scots Law and in
agreeing to them you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
