3. Check In and Check out 3.1 Guests may check in from 3pm on the day of arrival. If a quest has not
arrived by 7pm, and has not notified the Hotel that they will be late in
arriving, The Kenmore Hotel will be entitled to re-let the room. This excludes
rooms that have been fully pre paid which will be held for the full day. 3.2 On the day of departure, Guests must vacate their room and settle all
accounts in full by no later than 11am. Failure to do so will result in The
Kenmore Hotel charging for an additional night.
