7.1 In the unlikely event that The Kenmore Hotel does not, for any reason, have
the required number or type of room available as per the booking, The Kenmore
Hotel reserves the right to relocate the client to an alternative Hotel of
similar standard in a nearby locality. 7.2 The extra and reasonable accommodation expenses (for the first night only)
shall be at the discretion of The Kenmore Hotel which will normally be exercised in
favour of the Client, and be borne by The Kenmore Hotel. 7.3 The acceptance of this obligation (which does not release the Client from
the obligation to pay The Kenmore Hotel the relevant charges) shall be in lieu of
all other liabilities and obligations, which are hereby excluded.
