8.1 The Kenmore Hotel reserves the right to refuse a Guest entry or
accommodation if, on arrival, Management reasonably considers the Guest o be
under the influence of alcohol or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or behaves in a
threatening, abusive or otherwise unsuitable manner.
